     2.1. Registration

In order to request information of services and products from the INCWELL website, a user must first complete the contact form. During the registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products and services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide other information about yourself (such as the kind of company you need), but it is not required.

     2.2 Service agreement

We request information from you on our service agreement. To hire our services, you must provide contact information which will be used for billing purposes and to fulfill all of your petitions. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

3. Why we collect information

We collect your personal and your company information in order to accomplish our task regarding your petition, the reason you contacted us.

4. With whom it is shared

Your information is not shared with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, for example, to work for you or to deliver our services. Nevertheless, sometimes we work with third parties who help us to provide our services. This will only take place after you have got confirmation from us that we have agreed to you sharing our details with that company.

We do not share any information with our partners and collaborators. We do not share any personal information that can identify any individual personal either.

If you choose to use online payment such paypal or stripe for billing of our services, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond their services of billing.

INCWELL does not sell or rent this information to anyone.

You can manage all the information and content sent anytime. You can opt out of any future contacts from us whenever you decide to do it. You can do what we describe as follows by contacting us via email address or phone number:

INCWELL does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, due to the kind of business we provide. Given the services we provide, the individual must be older than the age of 13.

The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), includes a disclosure requirement for “DO NOT TRACK” signals, following the “California Do Not Track Disclosures”. We do NOT TRACK any information nor allow other parties to do it on our website.
